At MSL, we believe in giving back to our community and clients, not just through the work we do, but by standing together to support those who need it most. Last month, our Together for 10 Charity Fundraising Week brought our people together to raise awareness and funds for 10 incredible UK charities. The purpose behind this week was simple but powerful: to unite as a team, have fun, and make a lasting difference. From fun challenges to creative fundraisers, our team showed up every day.
We started the week with Mindful Monday, which blended reflection and fun. Our team shared heartfelt messages on a gratitude wall, to remind each of us of the power behind thoughtfulness and spreading love. They also had a chance to test their knowledge with trivia and bingo and even took part in a sponsored silence - which, as you can imagine, was incredibly difficult for some of the team! Thrifting Tuesday was all about generosity. Where the team donated essential items to support the charities. While a pop-up sweet shop added the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. Midweek, we embraced all things fitness with Wellness Wednesday. Mr Motivator led some energising workouts, which was followed with penalty shootouts, egg-and-spoon races, and fresh fruit platters to keep everyone fuelled for the rest of the day. Throwback Thursday then brought the nostalgia. With classic 70s music playing throughout the office all day, the team donned their most iconic fancy dress costumes and celebrated a revolutionary era of music. The most embarrassing photo challenge had all of us in stitches! Finally, Friday Funday closed the week with flair. The dare a manager challenge, games, raffles, and a delicious BBQ created a lively, fun atmosphere and rounded off the week’s fundraising efforts perfectly. By the end of the week, our collective efforts and everyone’s generosity resulted in £1,850 raised to support 10 life-changing charities. Each charity we selected represents a lifeline, and every donation will make a positive difference in the lives of those who need it most.

If you don't see the perfect role yet, we'd still love to hear from you.
