MSL SafePartner hub

Welcome to the MSL SafePartner Hub.

Behind every successful project is a great partnership. At MSL, we’re on a mission to be the UK’s most respected property maintenance brand - and our SafePartners are at the heart of that journey.

We see our supply partners not as outsiders, but as an integral part of our team - trusted professionals who share our values of integrity, health and safety, and teamwork, and who help us deliver outstanding results, every time.

Trusted partners, shared values, outstanding results.

Together, we keep the UK running
MSLMSL
At MSL, we pride ourselves on being approachable and collaborative - but when it comes to safety, quality, and integrity, we never compromise.

Every contractor who works with us must first be approved through our rigorous MSL SafePartner Scheme. This isn’t a box-ticking exercise - it’s a commitment to our core values. To become an MSL SafePartner, companies must demonstrate the very highest standards in health and safety, customer service, and workmanship across all the service sectors in which they operate.

We choose only those who share our dedication to doing the right thing - for our clients, for each other, and for the people who use the spaces we maintain. We personally get to know every engineer, verifying their qualifications, skills, and commitment to safe, compliant working before they ever step foot on a client site.

The MSL SafePartner Scheme is a proud member of the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) Forum and provides ongoing support, training, and a bi-annual conference dedicated to sharing best practice and the latest developments in health and safety.

Working as one team, our SafePartners are subject to routine on-site appraisals and quality checks, ensuring every project meets the highest standards and that our clients can always count on safe, compliant, and reliable service - wherever they are in the UK.

Why partner with MSL?

The best partnerships are built on trust, transparency, and shared success. Working with some of the UK’s most recognised brands, we offer our SafePartners a steady flow of work (subject to trade and location) at agreed, transparent rates - all backed by dependable payment terms you can rely on.

As we win new customers, our SafePartners share in that growth. We see you as an extension of our team, not just a supplier, and we invest in long-term relationships that benefit everyone.

We’re hands-on in helping you deliver excellence - with regular KPI reviews, practical health & safety support, and on-site audits designed to keep standards high and risks low.

How to apply to become an MSL SafePartner

To demonstrate our commitment to health and safety, we created the MSL SafePartner Scheme - an accreditation programme audited annually to maintain our standing with the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) Forum.

The scheme assesses the health and safety arrangements and competence of contractors, ensuring that only those who meet the highest standards join our network.

If you already hold accreditation with another SSIP scheme member - and your accreditation is current - you can join us via a straightforward “Deem to Satisfy” process. If your accreditation has lapsed, or you are not currently a member of an SSIP scheme, you will need to successfully complete an audit to gain or retain SafePartner status.
